Astley Bridge:- Good News

#SEIZED | Officers from the #Bolton North Neighbourhood Team seized a car on Tuesday evening that was found to have drugs inside.

Officers patrolling the Blackburn Road area, following reports of drugs being sold in the area, observed someone going through the boot of this car.

On seeing the police, the man ran off and dropped some nitrous oxide cannisters. Officers searched the vehicle and found 76 cannisters of nitrous oxide, along with black carrier bags and small bags of balloons.

The drugs have been seized, as well as the car. Enquiries are ongoing to identify the man who ran off.
